The last thing a Landscape Professional wants to do is to waste time picking up the plants they’ve purchased.

To avoid this, we’ve prepared a handy WILL-CALL PICK UP CHECKLIST that outlines the fastest and most efficient way for you to get your plants so that you can get on your way.

But before we get to the checklist, let’s get aligned on what you need to do to pick up a Will-Call plant order.

For time-challenged pros, there’s no faster or more efficient way to place an order than with our convenient ONLINE ESTIMATE | ORDER FORM. This works best if you’ve established a relationship with one of our sales team members.

Orders are held in our Will-Call area for 2 weeks beginning on the date that they are completely assembled. Orders that are not picked up within 2 weeks may be restocked and assessed a restocking fee.

If you think you’ll be delayed in picking up your order, be sure to contact your sales team member as soon as possible.

Once you’ve placed your Will-Call order, we get to work on getting all the plants you need | Pacific Nurseries

Ready and waiting for your arrival.

Once your order has been assembled, your sales team member will contact you in your preferred method (call, email or text) informing you that your order is ready for pick up.

They will also disclose any other pertinent details that might affect your order including: size changes, missing items, available varieties, or recommended substitutions.

Due to seasonality, market demand, or grower preferences, there are times when we might not be able to provide a specific item that you’re looking for.

If you don’t hear from us 2-3 days after placing the order, feel free to contact us and inquire about your order status. It’s the best way to keep up to date.

Will-Call Checklist

Check in at the Sales Office when you arrive at our Colma Growing Grounds
Give sales member your account name, tell them that you’ve placed an order and were notified the order was ready for pick-up
Sales will locate your order and direct you to the alphabetically-organized, Will-Call holding area
For large orders with many items + size variety, you may be directed to a few locations
Useour convenient carts + load your order into your vehicle
We can assist with loading heavy items—like 24″ box trees
When loading is completed, return to the Sales Office for check out
Sales will then review your loaded order + confirm that everything has been received
If any item is missing, let sales know if you would like us to continue to procure these items or suggest a substitute
Once all of the above is completed, you’re ready to head out
