Sales + Customer Service Representative | Full-time Position

Pacific Nurseries s looking for a friendly, experienced, people-oriented person with a thorough knowledge of plants and nursery products for a Sales + Customer Service Representative position.

Responsibilities for this important public-facing position include, processing customer orders for will-call + delivery, in-person customer management + interaction at sales counter, answering phone calls directed to the sales team, responding to email, online + social media inquiries for Estimates + Orders, processing customer orders submitted online via company website, and invoicing processed Orders.

Sales Assistant | Full-time Position

Pacific Nurseries is looking for a friendly, experienced, people-oriented person with plant knowledge for a Sales Assistant position.

The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the sales team in processing customer orders, customer order entry into software + computer system, and assisting the dispatcher with routing schedules and orders for delivery.

The Sales Assistant will also contribute to daily sales tasks including: fielding telephone, online, and social media inquiries or orders facilitating sales for walk-in customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction with an efficient sales process
