When are you open for business?
Our growing grounds and sales office in Colma is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM—4:00PM. We are closed for these Holidays | New Years Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Can anyone buy plants from you?
We’re a wholesale, commercial nursery offering products and services only to landscape trade professionals. The nursery is not open to the general public. HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER
Do you provide plant material estimates?
It’s easy to get an estimate. Just go to our online Estimate and Order Form, enter or upload your plant list, tell us how you want to receive your plants, then submit the form. Do you offer a delivery service?
Our truck fleet makes scheduled deliveries throughout the Bay Area, Monday thru Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, rain or shine. Deliveries must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. Our delivery areas include all of the counties listed on our delivery area map. With advanced notice, we will consider special arrangements to deliver an order outside these areas and will consult with you on pricing and timing. DELIVERY AREAS
Is there a fee for delivery?
Delivery charges are 6% of invoice for Area A—roughly defined by Santa Rosa South, Antioch / Pittsburg West, Livermore West, and San Jose North—or $50.00 whichever is greater. Delivery charges are 8% of invoice outside of Area A up to 100 miles from Colma or $75.00 whichever is greater. Beyond 100 miles the delivery fee will be quoted on an individual order.
What is the minimum I have to order for delivery?
You must order a minimum of $500 of plant material to schedule a delivery.
Do I need to be at the job site when you deliver my plants?
Deliveries are made to the curb of the job site. Deliveries must be met by the recipient with authority to accept the plant material and the capability to assist in unloading it. Our trucks are staffed with a single driver. Failure to provide assistance in unloading may subject the order to additional service charges. A signature is required to confirm delivery, quantities, and condition of plants.
Can I send my customers to your nursery to pick out their own plants?
Because we’re a wholesale only nursery, we are not open to the general public. Should any of your clients want to see their plant material first-hand, we encourage you to escort them. We do not allow unescorted non-professionals or customer clients in the nursery. LEARN MORE
