Bay Area Landscape Professionals reach out to us all the time because they want to know how to work with Pacific Nurseries.
In order to make that as easy as possible, we’ve assembled a number of informative articles that can answer all of your questions about how to become a customer and a member of our growing community.
The best way to work with Pacific Nurseries is to open a New Customer Account. As a wholesale only nursery, you must be a Landscape Professional to establish an account.
This could include titles and responsibilities such as landscape contractor, arborist, landscape designer, landscape architect, property facilities manager, or government agency representative responsible for landscape.
All information submitted will be confidential and used solely to determine our relationship level. Just complete and submit the NEW CUSTOMER ACCOUNT form . If you are a legitimate Landscape Professional and have references with other trade organizations, we will process your application and let you know when it is completed.
We also have a Specialty Item List of large, out of the ordinary, featured specimens that aren’t your vanilla variety of trees or large shrubs.
Both of these lists are right-sized so that they’re not overwhelming. And we offer them at prices that are even more attractive.
Because we’ve integrated the multiple stages of plant development across our facilities—from seedling to large specimen tree—it’s more than likely that we have something in our over 40 acres of plants that will fuel your inspiration.
Don’t forget to bring your smartphone to capture your favorite plants. It’s the easiest way to record an idea or share a great plant with your client.
Prepare a complete list of the plants for your project
• Plant Botanical Name with Genus and Species, Variety and Form
• Quantity + Size by container or trunk caliper
Attach your digital Excel, Word or PDF file to our Online Estimate Form and submit it with your contact information
If some plants are unavailable, delayed for delivery, or out of stock, we make it a priority to let you know as soon as possible and we’ll provide some alternatives that may meet your needs. If we can’t find or get you what you want, you’ll know why.
We are both a plant grower and broker. Occasionally, some of our growing partners may only have the plant specimen in the quantity you were looking for in a 1-gallon size instead of the 4″ size that you specified. All the more reason to place a plant Order as soon as possible after you receive an Estimate from us.
Once you’ve been notified by Pacific Nurseries that your plant order has been filled, just follow the simple steps outlined in our Will-Call Checklist to pick up your plants. It’s the easiest and fastest way to get your plants out of Will-Call and get on your way.
