How to become a customer

We welcome your interest in doing business with Pacific Nurseries.

Pacific Nurseries is a wholesale nursery and not open to the general public. Purchasing and pricing is available only to active account holders. We expect our customers to be knowledgeable about the material they purchase.

We open accounts for the following types of businesses and individuals:

Landscape professionals: contractors, architects + designers
Arborists
Nurseries + growers
Garden maintenance professionals
Municipalities + government agencies
Schools, universities, public gardens, golf courses + other businesses with landscape departments
Developers + general contractors are approved on a case-by-case basis

If you do not fit into the above categories, please visit our referrals page to find a landscape pro who can assist you with your project.

To create your account, you need to populate all of the required fields and submit this New Customer Account Application online form.

All applicants with a current CA Sellers Permit will need to provide Pacific Nurseries with a signed copy of a CA RESALE CERTIFICATE. You can download this document by clicking the button below.

Once the document is signed, you can attach it to the New Customer Application form. Applications submitted without this form will be charged sales tax.

All information that you provide will be held in confidence and used only for your account.

Pacific Nurseries will consider credit accounts for organizations that have sufficient credit history, and maintain a suitable payment history.
