Over the course of 5 days, from March 18-22, the 2015 San Francisco Flower & Garden Show returns to the Bay Area at the San Mateo Event Center.
The show, now in its 30th consecutive year, will feature inspiring gardens, floral displays, free seminars and workshops for both landscape professionals and gardening enthusiasts.

A long history of growth.
The show was originally started as a fundraiser for the San Francisco Friends of Recreation and Parks.Back then it was named the San Francisco Landscape Garden Show and it was held at Fort Mason. 30 years later, the show has changed venues and is now managed and presented by the team of Sherry Larsen and Maryanne Lucas.
Each year, visitors and enthusiasts of all ages and experiences come together to see, learn, and get inspired about gardening and the benefits that design and beauty bring to the landscape. From “budding sprouts” to landscape pros, the show offers something for everyone including shopping opportunities at the finest gardening, floral, and outdoor-living exhibits that are one of a kind.

The theme of this years show is “Going Wild” and the show will be featuring:- | Inspired, walk through designer gardens, with creatively arranged plants, trees and flowers in full bloom

One exciting program slated for 2015 is “Ask A Designer”. This provides attendees with a half hour of individual landscape design advice offered by APLD | Association of Professional Landscape Designers for only $30.

The centerpiece of this year’s event is the show gardens. These full-sized display landscapes are created over five days by the Bay area’s leading landscape designers and craftsmen. And they are a must-see for ideas, inspiration, and innovative ways to create beautiful and sustainable landscapes.The best gardens are also scrutinized by a panel of landscape and design experts who recognize accomplishments and creativity with valued awards.
