Purchasing + Payment Terms Disclosure

We accept cash, company check, Visa, or MasterCard. We encourage you to contact us online or visit our Colma sales office in person.

Pacific Nurseries is not open to the public. Purchasing + pricing is only available to active account holders. Clients of our customers must be accompanied by the account holder when visiting the nursery.

We do not offer any sort of consultation services. And our personnel do not provide specific advice for your client’s landscape solutions.

New customers must submit a New Customer Account Application to ensure that we are able to track your Plant Material Orders and communicate easily with you.

Pacific Nurseries will consider credit accounts for organizations that have sufficient credit history, and maintain a suitable payment history. Contact us to learn more.

Payments on credit accounts are due NET 30 following the date of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be issued on all overdue accounts. A $25.00 fee will be charged in the event of a check received for payment with insufficient funds in the account.

Pacific Nurseries assumes no liability for plants after they have been accepted by the customer. Care is taken to keep plant varieties true to name. However, it should be understood that should any plant prove otherwise, we shall not be liable for more than the invoice value at the time of purchase.

Pacific Nurseries is absolved of all responsibility for any damage to or mortality of the plants originating from factors indigenous to the planting site, the manner of plant installation, or plant maintenance.

Unless the plant is damaged, unsuitable for sale, or sent in error, all items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any returned items that have been specially sourced for your order are subject to a 100% restocking fee. The return + restocking fees apply to assembled and confirmed Will-Call orders that are canceled and not picked-up by the customer. Any item to be returned must be received by Pacific Nurseries within 7 days of original delivery date.

Pacific Nurseries accepts no liability for orders delayed or voided due to crop failure, strikes, inclement weather, drought, flood, fire, frost, war embargo, or any other act of nature or circumstance beyond our control. Claims must be made immediately upon receipt of goods.

If we are in error, please notify us immediately and we will adjust accordingly. We will not entertain claims that are filed after goods have been accepted or which are not made within three days after the arrival of stock.
