Prunus laurocerasus features that your customers will love
Prunus laurocerasus—also known as English Laurel—is native to regions in southwestern Asia and southeastern Europe.As an evergreen shrub or small to medium-sized tree, they grow to 16—25′ tall. The leaves are shiny, leathery, and dark green in color with a finely serrated margin. Flower buds appear in early spring and open in early summer with creamy-white petals and numerous yellowish stamens with a sweet smell. The leaves can also have the scent of almonds when crushed.
Prunus laurocerasus performs best in moist, organically rich, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade.
