When contacting us, please specify whether you need a Plant Material Estimate or if you would like to place a Plant Material Order. We will furnish either an Estimate or confirm receipt of your request before we proceed with processing and assembling your Order. Our Plant Material Estimates and Orders will provide details regarding plant availability and pricing.

Requirements for a Plant Material Estimate or Order.
When requesting a Plant Material Estimate or when placing a Plant Material Order, please include the following information:
1. Plant botanical name — Genus and Species, with Variety and Form if applicable (Examples below)
• Plumbago auriculata (Genus & Species)
• Pittosporum undulatum Standard (Form)
• Camellia sasanqua ‘Setsugekka’ (Variety)
• Ligustrum japonicum ‘Texanum’ Cone (Variety & Form)
2. Quantity and
Size by container or by trunk caliper/tree height if applicable
Typical container sizes: 1 gal., 2 gal., 5 gal., 15 gal., 24″ box, etc.
Trunk caliper is measured in inches, tree height in feet
Once we prepare and deliver a Plant Material Estimate to you, simply confirm which plants you want with one of our sales representatives and we will then process and fill the Order. When the Order is complete, you will be notified and it will be held for Will Call pick-up or scheduled for delivery to your job site.
If any items are unavailable, we will inform you and, if possible, suggest available alternatives.
